- Chris Chudada lives and loves the game of football. He has been playing the game since he was eight years old. Chris and his friends played backyard football when he was a kid, but as he grew up he still craved the game of football and wanted to make an adult football league. Chris' top priority was to make the league as professional and fun as possible. He still carries those same ideas of professionalism today by improving and maintaining a successful league. He calls the IFL 'The working man's NFL' and has the utmost respect for the players and teams who compete in the league. His goal is to widen league awareness and league profitability so that one day everyone can enjoy Ironman Football.

- Pete brings sixty one years of experience to the IFL. He is involved with the USSSA and runs and organizes tournaments on a national level. Joining the IFL in 2001, Pete was instrumental in using his experience to aid the league in adding new ideas and structure to better the IFL as a whole. Pete committed himself to make this league as successful as possible and to see it reach its full potential.

- In 2004, Ron Hart was named Director of Officials and league consultant. His task is to hire quality referees and consult the commissioner and owner on league business and objectives. Ron's experience is extensive as he has participated in three separate semi-pro leagues across the nation, been inducted into two separate Halls of Fame, and has a master certification for being a WIAA official.
- Barb Gustin
- Vice President of Operations & Marketing
- Barb Gustin graduated from Alverno College where she majored in Business Management. Barb also holds a degree in Marketing and is excited to bring the IFL to the “next level” of professional sports. Prior to joining the IFL, she worked as a volunteer for the Racine Raider organization for eight years. Most recently, she was the Special Event Coordinator and Marketing Director and served as a member of the Raider Board of Directors for two years. Barb’s experience and passion for the sports industry run deep and it is her goal to help the IFL reach its full potential.

- Angel Lopez graduated from Southern Illinois University where he has a Master in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelors degree in Physical Education. He is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Angel also has connections with the National Football League where he is a member of the NFL Minority Coaching Program. He is gifted when it comes to recruiting “diamond in the rough” players and helping them get to the professional ranks.
