Chris Chudada lives and loves the game of football. He has been playing the game since he was eight years old. Chris and his friends played backyard football when he was a kid, but as he grew up he still craved the game of football and wanted to make an adult football league. Chris' top priority was to make the league as professional and fun as possible. He still carries those same ideas of professionalism today as he improves and maintains a successful league. He calls the IFL 'The working man's NFL', and has the utmost respect for the players and teams who compete in the league. Chris' leadership is well respected in the semi-pro football ranks, which has been proven by the winning of numerous awards. Some of those awards include: Minor League Commissioner of the Year, 2004 and Minor League Executive of the Year, 2005. Chudada also has been inducted into the following prestigious Halls of Fame: AFA Hall of Fame class of 2007, AFN Hall of Fame class of 2008, and the IFL Hall of Fame class of 2005.

Pete brings valuable years of experience to the IFL. He is involved with the USSSA and has run and organized tournaments on a national level. Joining the IFL in 2001, Pete was instrumental in using his experience to aid the league in adding new ideas and structure to better the IFL as a whole. Pete committed himself to making the IFL successful and is completely dedicated to seeing it reach its full potential. Pete was inducted into the AFN Hall of Fame class of 2007 and the IFL Hall of Fame class of 2008 for his outstanding efforts.

In 2004, Ron Hart was named Director of Officials and league consultant. His task is to hire quality referees and consult the commissioner and owner on league business and objectives. Ron's experience is extensive as he has participated in three separate semi-pro leagues across the nation, been inducted into two Halls of Fame, and has a master certification for being a WIAA official. Despite becoming an outstanding official, Ron was a standout in his playing days. Ron played for the Racine Raiders during their glory days and has his number 75 retired. Ron is a member of the AFA Hall of Fame class of 1996 (Player Category) and the AFN Hall of Fame class of 2008 (Official Category).

Jordan Kopac comes into the Ironman Football League as a minority owner as he will help the IFL to continue to grow and prosper for the future. Kopac is highly educated and has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business with a concentration in Strategic and Organizational Management. Kopac took several courses at the following institutions: Harvard University, Marquette University, American Management Association, Milwaukee School of Engineering, University of Wisconsin Extensions, University of Warwick, England, Juran Institute, W. Edwards Demming Institute, University of Akron and Kennedy Western University. Kopac is also equally accomplished in the sport of semi-pro football as he has been inducted into the American Football Association Class of 2003 and into the Minor League Football Association Class of 2007.

Greene serves as the President of Football Operations for the IFL where he will add expertise and work side by side with team owners on important issues that affect the league. Greene graduated from Waukesha West HS in 1994 and has played for 5 years in the league as a player and has been honored with numerous post-season awards during his playing career which includes becoming a 4-time league All-Star at two different positions. He has also been selected as a captain for the first two All-Star Games. Selected to, and started for, and was a captain for the first IFL Select All-Star team that played a professional Indoor team. He has been a successful franchise owner where he was presented the coveted IFL Franchise of the Year award in 2005. Greene also currently serves as the leagues Hall Of Fame Director where he put together a voting system that puts the power into the players' hands that currently selects IFL All-Star teams.

Darius joins the IFL staff in 2010 and will serve as the Director of Player Personnel and as a Combine director for the league.  He is responsible for directing scouting operations for the IFL, including player and team evaluation on all levels of semi-pro football and player prospect movement. Jenkins is additionally responsible for participating in all new player evaluations of IFL prospects in preparation for the IFL combine. Jenkins has NFL training camp experience with Green Bay, Chicago and Detroit and has several contacts with AFL and CFL agents. Jenkins has been involved with the IFL for a number of years contributing either as a coach, team general manager, or as a league advisor.
